Summer 2025 Bear River Bag 10 lbs (40 lb total)
The Bear River bag gets you 10 pounds of delicious local beef each month, June through September.
Each bag will contain:
15% top quality cuts. That is your ribeye, t-bone, new york strip, flat iron and tenderloin steaks.
35% second level cuts This includes cuts known for their flavor, such as tri-tip, sirloin, skirt steak, Denver steak, brisket, etc.
50% ground beef (can be substituted with stew meat/soup bone)
Pick up will be at depot square in conjunction with the Evanston Farmers market on the second Thursday of each month. Purchase of the Bear River bag makes you a member of the Bear River Herd Share. Your payment goes toward purchasing animals, their feed and upkeep and butchering costs.
